Introduction
Welcome to Temply. These Terms of Service explain the rules for accessing our marketplace, purchasing templates, and submitting your own work. By using Temply, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Using Temply
Browse Templates: You may explore listings, previews, prices, and creator information for personal or business purposes.
Purchase Products: Templates are digital products sold by NutsDev or independent creators through third-party payment providers.
Submit Templates: Creators may submit original templates for review and possible publication on the Temply marketplace.
Purchases and Licenses
Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy or another provider shown during checkout. Temply does not directly store your complete payment details.
Template License: Purchasing a template gives you permission to use it under the license provided by its creator or seller. Ownership of the original design and files is not transferred to you.
Digital Delivery: Templates are delivered electronically through a download, email, remix link, shared file, or another method described on the product page.
Template Information
We aim to keep template descriptions, previews, prices, features, and compatibility information accurate. However, listings may be updated or removed at any time.
Previews are provided for demonstration purposes. Some fonts, images, plugins, software plans, hosting services, or other third-party resources may not be included unless clearly stated.
You are responsible for reviewing the product information and software requirements before purchasing.
License Restrictions
Unless the applicable license states otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original template files.
You may not offer a purchased template as a competing product, claim the original design as your own, remove required copyright notices, or use it in a way that infringes third-party rights.
Additional licenses may be required for fonts, images, videos, icons, plugins, or other materials included in a template preview.
Refunds
Because templates are digital products that can be accessed immediately, refunds are available only under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
Purchases may also be subject to the refund terms of the creator, seller, or payment provider handling the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Independent Creators
Some templates on Temply are created and sold by independent creators. These creators are responsible for the quality, originality, accuracy, licensing, functionality, and support of their products.
Independent creators are not employees or representatives of Temply or NutsDev. Product-specific questions should normally be directed to the creator shown on the template page.
Template Submissions
By submitting a template, you confirm that you own it or have permission to sell it. You must ensure that all submitted descriptions, images, previews, prices, and links are accurate.
Submitted templates must not infringe third-party rights, contain harmful code, or include materials without the required licenses.
You allow Temply to display, format, and promote your submitted materials. We may edit listing text for clarity and reject or remove templates that do not meet our marketplace standards.
Acceptable Use
You must not use Temply for unlawful activities, rights violations, harmful content, unauthorized access, website disruption, impersonation, or misleading submissions.
We may restrict access or remove content when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Intellectual Property
The Temply name, branding, website design, graphics, text, and original content belong to NutsDev or are used with permission.
Templates and creator materials remain the property of their owners. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or commercially use Temply’s website content without permission.
Third-Party Services
Temply may contain links to Lemon Squeezy, Framer, Webflow, Figma, Canva, Adobe, creator websites, and other third-party platforms supporting payments and template delivery.
These services operate independently under their own terms and policies. Temply is not responsible for their availability, security, products, content, actions, or privacy practices.
Some links may be referrals, meaning Temply may receive a commission when you complete a purchase through them.
Limitation of Liability
Temply is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that templates will suit a project, software version, or technical requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temply and NutsDev are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from the use of the website, purchased templates, or third-party services.
Privacy
Your use of Temply is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment providers, creators, and third-party platforms may process information under their own privacy policies.
Changes and Updates
We may update these Terms when our marketplace, services, or legal requirements change. We encourage you to review this page regularly to remain informed of changes.
Continued use of Temply after changes are published means that you accept the revised Terms.
